Perfectionism — Perfection is the completeness of things, which is nearly impossible. Perfectionism is the belief that completeness and perfection of spirit and character exist in life; to reach it the person sets hard-to-attain, sometimes unrealistic goals given their circumstances, which inevitably brings sadness and frustration when the goal is not met. In fairness, it can also be a positive trait.
